Needed new straps for my snowshoes. The snowshoe manufacturer was out of them but the customer service agent for the snowshoe company turned me onto these straps. They work great and I’m very happy that customer service for my snowshoe company was cool enough to get me set up with straps from a different company.

I’m using these when working on the bikes. Solid way to immobilize the drivetrain. Not fancy but they work like a dream and are tough as nails.

If you've ever strapped anything to a motorcycle, you'll find plenty of places to use these straps. I've replaced all of my fabric straps with voile, they don't come loose.

The classic ski strap doesn't have much to improve upon. The 20" version is perfect for tons of different uses, so I always have a few of these in my pack, even when I'm not skiing. They've never failed me, but have saved my day on a few occasions.

We just completed a 365 mile bike ride. I used these straps to hold my tent on the handlebars and my camp chair on the crossbar. They worked fantastic, no slipping or stretching out.

What can I say about the voile strap that hasn’t been said before?! I’ve used it countless times in countless situations. A few of the times I was in a real bind, once we were miles into a backcountry ski tour, literally miles away from the nearest road in snow up to your waist. There a friend’s ski boot and binding broke. We rigged his boot back shut and his boot to the ski. He made it out alive with minor time loss and in a healthy condition. Another time, again miles from safety, backcountry skiing when my skins stopped sticking. We placed a strap in front and behind the binding and the skins worked great! I can’t say enough about how great they are. They are always in my pack, whether skiing, biking or hiking. You never know when you might need them.

These things are cool. I bought them to hold extra items to the fender of my dirt bike and to my backpack. They do it and do it well! I will be purchasing more soon.

I don't know how many times Voile straps have saved me while touring in the backcountry. It seems like I could fix any piece of gear with a few strategically placed voile straps. From a busted binding turret to a broken boot buckle. Voile straps are superb.

From the Wasatch backcountry to the west desert mountains Voile straps are a must. The possibilities are endless. This length strap is very versatile. Combine a few of these together without the bulkier sizes of the larger straps.

We bought these for our Salsa Anything Cages to replace the salsa straps they came with. We have since realized they replace any straps at all, which makes them absolutely crucial for bikepacking. Love these things!!

This is so more than just a ski strap. I have used it as a substitute boot buckle strap when mine failed, and as a telemark binding "cable" when my friend's binding broke, among other things. I carry two of these in my backcountry ski pack just in case. Might it be designated the 11th Essential?

I've used these straps for years and they've always performed as needed for holding skis together, to packs to bikes, and to keep things organized and tight when adventuring. They deserve space in your pack and will bail you out when you need it most. I even used them for some boot mods that came together nicely due to the variety of colors offered. Great product!

Voile straps are probably the most versatile addition you can make to your pack, truck, or home. I can't begin to count the number of times I have been able to fix a problem with one of these straps. I keep at least three in my pack at all times and another handful scattered throughout my home and vehicles. If you don't already own some, buy them now. If you do already own some, buy some more!

Whether you ski or not, everybody should have a handful of Voile straps around their home and vehicle. Very handy for all kinds of things.

Voile straps are one of the most indispensable pieces of backcountry gear you can have in your pack. The aluminum buckled version is sturdy and impervious to weather. I have used mine to keep failing skins lashed on, to help splint a knee with a blown ACL, keep a boot tight, carry extra gear, make choke grips on my touring poles, and carry a tube and tools on my mountain bike frame (endur-bro style). If you don't have any, buy a few. If you need to get a backcountry skier a gift, buy them a few.

Ive used these straps for as long as I have been skiing! Very durable and this size is perfect for everything. Watch out your friends will steal them!
