    Voile Skyline Splitboard

A ride so smooth you could drink your morning coffee on the way down.

Any trembling you feel must be caffeine jitters, because board chatter is a thing of the past...

This project started with a blank canvas and a singular mission: design a split that rides like a solid. We are now proud to introduce the Voile Skyline, a hard-charging freeride splitboard that excels in the most difficult terrain.

The board owes its praise to all-new multi-directional hooks with an important dynamic feature: a camlock that actively pulls the board halves together while the hook’s shape secures their position fore and aft.

Of course, we had to take the resultant work of art one step further... Seamless TPU sidewall stretches from its tip to its tail, providing a perfectly rounded flex pattern to the most vibrationally damp board to have ever graced a no-fall-zone.

    Perfomance Focus:
    Big Mountain + Freeride

    Turn Personality:
    Stable / Carving

    Highlights:
    • Lightweight
    • Exceptionally damp
    • Stability at speed
    • Improved edging ability

    Voile Skyline Splitboard Camber Profile

    Freeride

Continuous Sidewall / Paulownia / Double Carbon
Ultralight, and yet remarkably damp. A paulownia core with continuous sidewall for improved edging ability and round flex.

    Icon

    Anti-Ice Topsheet
Crafted from exceptionally durable polyamide material, and designed with a unique texture that effectively reduces the accumulation of snow and ice. This innovative feature is particularly beneficial during long approaches or in freezing conditions, where snow and ice buildup would normally hinder performance.

    Icon

    Paulownia Wood Core
Renowned for its exceptional strength-to-weight ratio, this paulownia delivers a combination of durability and featherlight agility. It's the ideal foundation for constructing ultralight touring skis, making it the perfect choice for backcountry enthusiasts seeking maximum efficiency and agility on their mountain adventures.

    Icon

    Continuous TPU Sidewall
Continuous sidewall construction not only enhances the structural integrity of the ski but also serves as a crucial element in dampening vibrations, resulting in a smoother and more stable ride. It ensures consistent flex throughout the ski, promoting a balanced and predictable performance across various snow conditions and terrain types.

    Icon

    Voile Carbon-Weave x2
Two layers of Voile Carbon-Weave combine the lightweight strength of carbon fiber with the durability of triaxial fiberglass. The strategic integration of carbon fiber into the ski's construction reduces the weight while providing the perfect blend of responsiveness, stability, and energy transfer, allowing skiers to maneuver with precision and control.

    Icon

    Triaxial Fiberglass
Triaxial fiberglass increases dimensional stability along three axis, providing for balanced torsional stiffness and enhancing your ability to control the ski (precise and firm edge grip). Triaxial fiberglass maintains a consistent flex pattern throughout the ski, ensuring predictable performance across different snow conditions and skiing styles.

    Icon

    Full-Contact Steel Edge
Steel edges provide superior grip and control on hardpacked snow and icy conditions, enhancing stability and confidence while skiing. Two lengths of hardened steel with inset teeth wrap the perimeter of this ski. Each section is painstakingly shaped by hand to ensure a precise layup.

    Icon

    Sintered Black Base
This ski passes on the base graphics for the sake of an ultra-high molecular density base; making for faster downhill performance and greater wear/impact resistance. And you can rest assured that your p-tex repairs will be seamless after your day spent breaking the sound barrier.

    AWESOME
Really a fantastic board to ride on. Took this board out on a 4 day trip into Alaskas backcountry, and it delivered. Great float, felt solid, and was a very smooth, damp ride.

The Most solid (Split) Board I’ve toured on.
I had the privilege of testing this board last March at powder mountain in spring conditions and some hot pow. By far, this is the most stable board I’ve ever walked uphill on. The voile bindings felt tight and crisp on the up and the down. I attributed some of this to the steel plate they use for the toe peace. Much stiffer feeling than competitors, in all the best ways. The new cam lock board hooks were awesome. Again, Voile nailed it with these. So secure, and it truly felt like a solid on the groomer. The Board itself felt incredibly damp and stable. The width and Shape allowed me to feel more than comfortable on the 158 where normally I ride a 162 or larger. This is a stiff rig. I prefer a board with a medium flex for my riding style, but the deeper the snow the less necessary that becomes. If you want a board with great float, bombproof construction, and Toyota like reliability. This could be the one

    Skyline
Sidewalls and carbon that give voile a new feel. A super sweet blunt shaped nose convenient for sneaking through trees on the uphill. A slightly tapered sidecut that is floaty but still handles quick turns gracefully. And last but not least, groundbreaking clips that secure the board together quite snugly. This thing eliminates the chatter out there!
