1. ELIGIBILITY:

Each Voile Avalanche Shovel Giveaway (“Promotion”) is extended and available only to legal residents of the US who are age 21 or older at time of entry. Void in all other states and where prohibited. Avalanche shovel prize must be redeemed within 1 year of winning announcement.

2. GIVEAWAY PERIOD:

The Promotion starts on the start date indicated on the Promotion Advertisement and, unless otherwise stated on a Promotion Advertisement, ends on or about 11:59:59 pm MT on the end date indicated on the Promotion Advertisement (“Promotion Period”). Sponsor’s clock is the official time keeping device for the Promotion.

3. HOW TO ENTER:

Follow any entry instructions as set forth on the Promotion Advertisement. During the Promotion Period, follow @Voilemfg and @Voilestraps on Instagram as indicated by the Promotion Advertisement. Participants must like the Promotion Advertisement photo and tag three friends in the comment section. Promotion Entities assume no responsibility for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, stolen, misdirected, postage due or illegible entries; for any technological errors; nor for unauthorized human intervention, human error, or the incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry or other information; nor for the failure to capture any such information.

4. CONDITIONS OF ENTRY:

Once submitted, entry cannot be modified, deleted or canceled. Entries may not infringe or violate the rights of any third party. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to refuse, disqualify, or withdraw entries and/or Entrants at any time during the Promotion. Use of any automated system, software applications that enable users to create multiple comments or accounts and/or temporary accounts to participate in this Promotion or to redeem prizes is prohibited and may result in disqualification from this Promotion and any current or future promotions offered by the Sponsor. Each potential winner may be required to show proof of being an Authorized Account Holder.

5. SELECTION OF WINNERS:

Sponsor will randomly select winner on or about the date(s) indicated, from all eligible entries received to such date. There is no maximum number of entries the Sponsor may select for the final drawing, and Sponsor may select all entries for a final drawing at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor will select one winner as indicated on the Promotion Advertisement. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received and the number of prizes to be given away. Potential winner(s) will be contacted by direct message on Instagram at the account provided at the time of entry, or such other method as may be practical in Sponsor’s discretion, within 5 to 10 business days after the selection of winners. You are not a winner until Sponsor has verified your eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules.

Sponsor will make one attempt to notify each potential winner, who will have twenty-four (24) hours to respond. If Sponsor is unable to contact a potential winner, potential winner fails to respond within 24 hours; prize notification or any prize is returned as non-deliverable; or potential winner is not eligible or does not comply with these Official Rules, prize forfeiture will result and an alternate potential winner may be selected. If a winner for any prize cannot be confirmed within 30 days of the drawing date, then the prize will not be awarded.

6. PRIZE AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE:

Prize(s) consist of the items specifically named as prizes in the Promotion Advertisement- choice of Voile Avalanche Shovel Hoback series. One prize will we given away at estimated $85UDS retail value. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a avalanche shovel prize of equal or greater value. Prize(s) are not redeemable for cash. No substitution or transfer of prizes will be permitted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. All federal, state and local taxes and other fees associated with prize receipt and use are the sole responsibility of the winner.

At Sponsor’s discretion, winner may be required to pick up their prize at a specified location within a reasonable time period (as determined solely by Sponsor), or prize may be mailed to winner but the winner is responsible for shipping. Avalanche shovel prizes may be provided or mailed unassembled. Winner is solely responsible for assembling or arranging for the assembly of any unassembled prizes upon receipt. Any difference between approximate value and actual value of the avalanche shovel prize or any element thereof will not be awarded in cash or otherwise.

7. GENERAL:

By participating, participants agree to abide by and be bound to these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. Failure to timely return or properly complete release documents (as described herein), or if a prize notification or any prize is returned as non-deliverable, or if potential winner is not eligible or does not comply with these Official Rules prize forfeiture will result and an alternate potential winner may be selected.
